Medicine from Mother Earth
An ancient path of healing and consciousness work, rooted in the deep connection between humans and nature. For thousands of years, cultures have used plants not only for physical healing but also for mental clarity, emotional cleansing, and spiritual alignment.
The focus is on conscious, respectful use and the space in which the experience takes place. The medicine invites listening rather than controlling, slowing down, and reconnecting with natural rhythms. It acts as a teacher, initiating processes, requiring integration, and guiding the person back into a deeper connection with themselves and life.
Plants We Connect With
Open a space where you can meet yourself on a deeper level.
1. Hapé
Hapé, a sacred mixture of finely ground plant ingredients, is a significant gift from the indigenous cultures of the Amazon. For centuries, it has been used in ritual contexts to cleanse and ground the body, mind, and soul.
2. Cacao
It is more than just an ingredient for chocolate. In its raw, ceremonial form, it is revered as a “heart-opening” plant medicine. Its main active compound, theobromine, gently stimulates the heart and circulation, creating a warm and focused energy. Unlike stimulating coffee, cacao works with the body’s own chemistry to promote feelings of well-being, connection, and gentle inner clarity.
3. Sananga
For centuries, Sananga has been used by indigenous tribes for spiritual and physical healing rituals, especially to open the third eye. It is a powerful plant medicine derived from the roots and leaves of the Tabernaemontana plant, which grows deep in the Amazon rainforest. These drops are known for their cleansing and protective effects on both the energetic and physical levels of a person.
4. Mushrooms
In line with our shamanic work, we use psilocybin mushrooms in Peru to expand consciousness and make inner processes accessible. They can provide deep insights, emotional clarity, and altered perspectives, often acting as a mirror for inner issues and hidden layers of the self.
5. Ayahuasca
In line with our shamanic work and our teachers, we use Ayahuasca in Peru. It is a traditional plant medicine brew from the Amazon, used for centuries by indigenous peoples for spiritual, healing, and shamanic purposes. It is usually made from the vine Banisteriopsis caapi and the leaves of Psychotria viridis. Ayahuasca can induce intense visions, deep emotional experiences, and physical cleansing, and is used to recognize and transform inner blockages, traumas, or life questions.
Preparation and Ritual Use
Preparation
Preparation is crucial to make the experience safe and profound. This includes physical cleansing, such as eating lightly and avoiding alcohol, drugs, or certain medications. Mental and emotional preparation is also important: set a clear intention, reflect on the topics you want to work on, and practice mindfulness or meditation to attune yourself to inner processes. We are happy to support you in this.
The Session
During the session, as well as in preparation and integration, we are here to support you in your process. All sessions take place in a safe space with music and other ritual elements, allowing you to fully express yourself and let go. Mutual trust is extremely important in this context.
Integration
Reflect on your experience, record your insights in writing, and observe how they flow into your life. Physical aftercare, such as rest, light meals, and gentle movement, supports recovery. We are also happy to be by your side here, helping you properly anchor and transform what you have experienced.
